I've spent 20 years living and breathing PestPac — 19 of them at WorkWave, working directly alongside pest control companies of every size who rely on it every day to run their business. During that time I did support, training, implementation, consulting and product management, programs, supported implementations, and became a subject matter expert in route optimization and collections — the areas that make or break an operation.
